William turner immigration and travel help

Post by fergal_jay »

HI all can someone who has access to US records have a look for an immigration records for a William B Turner

William was born in 1887 in Wellington, Shropshire

His parents were Thomas and Mary Ann

He is on the 1901 census in the UK and in 1917 he enrolled in the Canadian Expeditionary Force Jan 28 1915...so he must have gone between ..he was 27 and single.

He married a Gladys and had a child Benson in 1925

Any information you can find on him would be great

Thanks
Becky

I'm moving this to General Discussion as it doesn't come under Lookups at Registry or Parish Records.

I'll leave a shadow in General Discussion for a few days.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.
