No good at baking , so I get mine from Sainbury's they are lovely with big chunks of tarty bramley's apple in, M&S are also good, I do have a bromley apple tree in the garden and that's got some lovely one's on , will use them fro crumbles and baked apples. :wink:

My mum said that cox's are okay too, but I'm not sure if she mixes them with Bramleys, or just on their own!!
