This is from CumbriaBMD.

BOOCOCK * Margaret J. HODGSON James. St George, Barrow in Furness. Barrow. M2/7/444.

So do's this mean Margarets maiden was MATTINSON.

BOOCOCK Margaret J. HODGSON James. St George, Barrow in Furness. Barrow. M2/7/444.
HODGSON James. BOOCOCK Margaret J. St George, Barrow in Furness. Barrow. M2/7/444.
HODGSON James. MATTINSON Margaret J. St George, Barrow in Furness. Barrow. M2/7/444.
MATTINSON Margaret J. HODGSON James. St George, Barrow in Furness. Barrow M2/7/444.

Does this mean it has been recorded/indexed under both her maiden and 1st married name? -- that is useful doesn't usually happen sadly!

I noticed on the CumbriaBMD site it seems to show marriages with a * shows a maiden name.
