Samuel Patterson marr Hannah Bradley in 1865 here they are on BCC,

I can find who I think are them on the 1881 & 1901, but not on the 1871 & 1891, can anyone else find them on those two census please.

I found them by searching for, Sam* Pat* born about 1840,
and wife Han* in Worcestershire.
