Hi, I haven't visited here for quite a while, have been exploring other things.

I have found an extensive family tree on rootsweb with information on this Benjamin Hingley/Fanny Billingham

It has information on Fanny and many other Billinghams but unfortunately this is the only Hingley.

It appears to be well researched but has different parents for Fanny Billingham to those on Black Country Connections. If the links to Fanny are followed it seems to be logical but may need to be investigated by the experts on here.
It could fill in a few gaps for BCC.

The other Fanny could be a daughter to Thomas Billingham brother of James Billingham - both sons of Lot Billingham as shown on the rootsweb site.

James Billingham's wife was Sarah Davis - could be a link to the Levi Davis you have on another post.

I have connected up Fanny to that Thomas and Hannah

but it is odd she didnt get bapt until 1837
and I cant see a convincing bapt for James or JOhn

so I dont think we can add those bapts to Thomas and Hannah
there may be another Thomas and Hannah having kids at Cradley
