We get them every year in the garden. They like to sun themselves on the ramp that runs up to the front door (which, due to a quirk of the development of the village, is round the back and overlooks the garden) and, being much the same colour, usually startle us as they leap out of the way of our approaching feet.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.
