Marriage info. For John WHILE and Lousia HADLEY I have:
John WHILE, age 34, bachelor, miner, and Lousia HADLEY, age 27, spinster, married by Banns at St. John's Church, Kate's Hill, in the county of Dudley. Oct. 26, 1891.
Father for John WHILE - Henry WHILE, dec., a miner
Father for Lousia HADLEY - John HADLEY, a glassmaker
Witness by Samual WHILE and Jane HADLEY

Samual WHILE was John's oldest brother and Jane HADLEY was Lousia's sister.

I also have Baptismal for Lousia HADLEY.

Lousia HADLEY confirmed at Christ Church, West Bromwich by Lord Bishop of Lichfield on 3rd April, 1882. Admitted to Holy Communion, 2nd Sunday after Easter 23rd April, 1882.
