Could someone look up these two people for me please (they were married to each other 1891)?

The birthplace (and parents if on birth certificate) of Absalom Bailey, born 1867, died 1933, and the same for Sarah (possibly A) Rogers born approx 1865, died 1928?

This looks to be the probable one. I've got Absalom as being born in 1867, so in 1881 he would have been 14, just like the one on the list. am I correct in assuming that Rossannah would be the spouse? At 33, she seems a bit young to have a son of 23! Are the various census available to all, or are they subscription things?

Rosehannah is Richard's wife, but she is probably his second wife, i.e. not Enoch's mother.
