Need help to find children from grandfathers first marriage

Grandfather Richard William Hawkes, sergeant in 16th Lancers, had three children from his first marriage to Keziah Lucy Perkins - Walter William (b. 1888 London), Charles Richard (b. 1891 London) and Hilda Emma (b. 1896 India). All three were registered as military births and I have only birth details for all three. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I have checked the 1901 census index for you and could only find a possible for Charles. born 1891 Marleybone, living Willesden, Middlesex.

Couldn't find any of the others.
Perhaps someone with full access could check more thoroughly for you.
