Can someone please lookup Maud Maria Haines b1874 probably in East Preston, Sussex.

Maiden name, as far as I know she didn't marry and she died in 1913.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.

If it's any help she was living at 37, South Terrace, Littlehampton in 1901.

Done an address search for 37 South Terrace:
it is a 'Lodging House' in 1911 Maud not recorded.

Her parents used to run the lodging house but died in the years between the 1901 and 1911 census. Her death was registered in the area a couple of years later in the June quarter of 1913. I just wondered what became of her in the years between their deaths and her own.
