If you look on the coverage page of WMBMD - you will see that West Bromwich is complete up to 1920 and then from 1929 - 1942. There is a gap from 1921 - 1941.
However, some of West Bromwich isn't included. These are the registers which are now held in another district.
Registered Handsworth, which was in West Bromwich District are now held in Birmingham. So if you find a marriage in the years which have been indexed, then it is almost certainly to be one of the Handsworth churches. There is another area which I can't recall now, I think it might be Moxley.
