I couldn't get on from yesterday lunch until this morning - I thourght I was going crazy and my memory was shot, until I noticed there were no other posts either!!

It took me a while to work it out, I have so many different logins, what with work and genealogy that sometimes I forget which is which - but then I had the brainwave to check the Black Country section, there's always someone posting on there!!!

Oh and I know what a headache it is with changing servers, if you're lucky everything goes smoothly and it doesn't take to long. Last year we had to update our softwear the same time as changing the server - made me realise how much the digital system helps us normally!!

Domain Name Server, Domain Name Service and Domain Name System are the same thing. Depends on where you did your IT training....

That wasn't me trying to be clever or anything by the way Mark - I actually posted an almost identical line purely by coincidence :-)

I keep getting on, then when I try to post a reply I get a message saying the topic does not exist. Then I can't Log in. Re-booted and cleared my Cache each time but it seems to be ok now, so hopefully it's settled down now.
