This Martha was daughter of Austin GREAVES(1774-1862) and Frances COALES(1773-).... born in Harborne around 1816.
In June 1839...she is a witness( as Martha GREEN) on marriage certificate of Joseph HIPKISS and France GREAVES 22 Apr 1839
Groom Joseph HIPKISS, bachelor, locksmith living in Livery St- father Joseph HIPKISS(locksmith), bride Frances GREAVES,spinster, resident Bishopsgate St, father not recorded. Witnesses Joseph ?? and Martha GREEN
I haven't been able to find a marriage for Martha GREAVES to a Mr. GREEN...... can anyone else see one?
On the 1841 census.... I think I found her at..

Martha GREEN(25) gilder...only Josh & Ann born in County..
Then on 25th Dec 1858 she remarries...

Martha(electro-gilder) married to William FREEMAN(edge tool maker) Also at the address Sarah Freeman ( William's unmarried sister... she is a steel pen maker) and nephew William Freeman age 2
On the 1871 census I have...Aston, Warwickshire, England
Martha married to William FREEMAN( a toolmaker) Also at this address Martha's brother Matthew Greaves ( a machinist, married)
I would like to find out more about Martha..... when she married first time round?... who was her first husband and when did he die?
Where was she on the 1851 census?
and what happened to her after 1871?... haven't worked out when she died.
Also... haven't found any children for her so perhaps she didn't have any?
