Hi I am looking for my 4x great grandparents George Wood and Sarah Lomas
I know they were living at Colshaw, Hollingsclough in 1841 & 51 (both aged 57 in 1841, 69 in 1851)
Other than this I have no information. Can anyone find out anything about them please?

Thankyou That is the family and John their son was my great x3 grandfather. I have all the information for John. He was christened 16th November 1817 and amongst all the other children's christenings is one for Nancy LOMAS WOOD also daughter od George & Sarah which makes me assume that Sarah was nee Lomas.
Could anyone find their marriage for me please?

That's fantastic thankyou. How do I go about finding their births or christenings? I know they were born far too early to be on FreeBMD.
