Noted that a witness to the marriage of Ellen and Caleb was Richard Reece who was a lodger with William and Rosanna in 1861 census.

A copy of William's death certificate shows he died in The Innage, Cradley on 11 March 1872, aged 63 years; the cause of death was 'Chronic Bronchitis' and a Zipporah Robinson was present at his death. William was buried in St Peter's Church, Cradley on 14 March 1872.

The 1881 census shows Rosanna (widow) living in 19 The Innage, Cradley with her daughter Mary and her son-in-law, James Yardley, together with grandsons, Alfred and John, who are described as James' stepsons, so (apparently) confirming Mary was their mother.

There is a BMD record which shows the death of Rosanna Raybould in the September quarter of 1885, aged 75 years.

Will pass on the above certificate to Jan if you do not have a copy of the entry :?:

It would be great if someone could find evidence of the marriage of William and Rosanna :!:

On the 1871 I think it was there is a lodger rosannah kitish kurdich or something
just wondered who she was

also any marriage for Richard Reece and a Hannah as they are wits on marriage for Ellen

Jan, further information on the children of this Raybould family:

John Raybould married Zipporah Wood in St Michael's Church, Brierley Hill, Staffordshire on 1 January 1855; The LDS website confirms this and shows that John was the son of William Raybould and that Zipporah was the daughter of Elisha Wood.

Lucy Ann Raybould married Samuel Bunn on 30 June 1861 in St John the Baptist Church, Halesowen, Worcestershire; a record of this is also shown on the LDS website.

Mary Raybould married James Yardley in St Thomas Church, Dudley, Worcestershire on 16 July 1876; a record of this is also shown on the LDS website.

I regret I have no copy certificates :( .
