Mr William E Oliphant has two medal cards.
The first, under W.E. Oliphant, awrads the 14/15 star.
The second awards the British and Victory medals.
The second card says he was in the Army Bearer Corps, the Labour Corps and the Lancashire Light Infantry with the regimetnal numbers 15464 (L.L.I), 514235 (A.S.C), M/332887 (A.B.C).

Seems he is born in Hull, Yorkshire about 1900.
No surviving service records I can find...

He is Robert Johnson of 17th Northumberland Fuslilers and he was awarded the British and Victory medals
