Edith Cooper - Thomas Cooper----------Annie adding to BCC

Hi, I am going in circles trying to establish who my gg grandfather's parents were as there seems to be Thomas Cooper's in all directions in Staffordshire UK.
Thomas Cooper and Fanny Louisa Richards married 1874 in Staffordshire. Their daughter Edith born 1885 was my grandmother who came to New Zealand. I am trying to establish who the parents of Thomas Cooper born abt 1850 in West Bromwich,Staffordshire, were. On his marriage certificate his father is named as Thomas. I can trace Thomas and Fanny (as grocers, bakers etc)with their family from 1881-1911 but the problem is connecting Thomas to his siblings and parents prior to 1881. Thomas is at 1 Wordsley Green Stourbridge. as widow,self employed grocer in 1911 census.

Thank you Jimmy for bringing this family back to my attention. I had spotted them but lost Thomas in 1871 and didn't follow through. Lesson learnt. Now have 1851 - 1881 Census connected and have found the daughters Eliza Cook (Cooper)
and Emely ages match through each census until they are with Thomas married to Fanny Louisa with a couple of Edith's older siblings in 1881 in Hagley Rd Stourbridge.. The 1881 Census I was looking at had the head of the house as Elija (Elijah) and the age of 60 in the male column which confused me.
Anyway have now taken this person to be Eliza and the age as being put into the wrong column as 60 is the correct age for her. This makes my family come together and I can get Thomas through to 1911( with exception of 1871) .
Will now go ahead and try for his birth cert. Many many thanks.

The Marriage between Thomas Cooper and Fanny Louisa Richards was 15th July 1874 Parish Church, Kingswinford Staffs.
As we are travelling I do not not have witness etc details to hand but will post them when we get home in August.
Edith d/o Thomas and Fanny was born 23 Oct 1885 at High St Wordsley,Staffs. Came to New Zealand and married Ernest Lawrence from Islington London UK 1915..
