May be its not because it looks like that Frank is married in 1920 to a Blanche, not bridget, daur Blanche S and a son Robert. 1930 another son Frank L aged 2/
What other info do you know? Or your Grand fathers name?

The 1930 census shows Roberts age out a bit though??
Lansford, Carbon
Frank J reese, head,39, Mother and Father born Wales
Blanche C, wife, 34, Mother born England
Blanche ?, daur, 16,
Robert, son, 13,
Frank L,son, 2 months
All others born Pennsylvania

1920
Lansford Middle Ward, Carbon
Frank J Reese, head, 29, Mother and Father born Wales, Foreman, Coal mine
Blanche, wife, 24, Mother born England

I think the 1890 census was destroyed.

Given that the sons are miners perhaps he died in a mining accident?
I wonder if he died before the family went to America, or after.

What about Bridget Hannessy? Where did you get her name from and where does she fit in?
