Parsons to Lowe to Russon Connection

Nl and Jan added an Eli Parsons father of Martha Ann Parsons who married a Thomas Lowe.
I have added in details about Martha Ann Parsons Parents.

Note Eli is noted as Elijah on 1861 Census.
I would like to tie Eli /Elijah up with rest of Parsons lines but cannot find on 1841 Census so it will probably need look up of marriage to Sarah Russon.
