Ancestry

Is anyone one having problems with ancestry in the last few days, when you click on search the records a page would come up with all the options for you to chose one, census, bmd wills etc. Now when I click on search the records it goes straight to all the options I can't select an individual census or anything else. I have tried the old and the new searches but the problem is the same.

I have just tried to ring ancestry but they say they can't hear me and release the call so I have rung my husband and he says there isn't a problem with hearing me.

I can't see any difference with mine Nessa, but that may be because I've customised my home page for just the searches I use all the time.

They do have a message about their telephone number though :

"Having trouble reaching Ancestry Member Services? We are experiencing temporary problems with our regular telephone number. You can reach us for the moment on 800-783-1340."
