Hi All

Could anybody help in this request.

Ann Page nee Hemus (Eamus) Marriage to ? Oct Quarter 1880 Dudley Vol 6c Page 1

Can anyone tell me who the husband is as i dont really want to send of for the cert just in case.

I can tell you she married a Joseph Page July Quarter, 1875, however on the 1881 cencus she's a widow, 1891 cencus a widow however we have a new child, Alice Page b1887, 1901 Census widow another new child Deborah Page b1892.

She Lived in Beet Street, Blackheath for all those censuses so i know i have the correct person

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

I Think she might have remarried one of Josephs brothers became a Page again but why is he not showing up on any censuses with her?

1911 Census has this info crossed out - married 36 years 4 children born 4 still alive - so married 1875 ish

21 Beet St Blackheath Birmingham

PAGE, Ann Head Widow F 58 1853 Nailer Blackheath Staffs
PAGE, Debora Daughter Single F 20 1891 Tip Factory Hand Blackheath Staffs

What makes you so sure she remarried? She could have had the children outside of marrriage.
