Re: Robert Plant
At the bottom of the Clent Hills, very close to the old Hayley Green Hospital, and almost opposite The Badgers Sett(used to be Gypsies Tent), and you're right, not far from the Fox hunt.

Keep looking. There must be a relative of mine in his tree for him to have inherited my hair.

Re: Robert Plant
Had Xmas dinner in the same restaurant as him on Xmas Day about 5 years ago! We were on the next table to him and his entourage. A Xmas Day to remember.

Re: Robert Plant
1871 census 76 Wood St
Thomas Plant hd 22 born Lichfield and Eliza Plant 20 born Dudley. These are my great-great-grandparents. Thomas was born 19th March 1847 at Stowe Street Lichfield to Thomas Plant and Mary (formerly Moore). Thomas and Mary had not been in Lichfield long. They were married on 28th December 1825 at Chebsey, Staffs. Thomas was a labourer of Chebsey and Mary was of Eccleshall. After their marriage they moved around a lot having children at Eccleshall and Ellenhall and left descendants at Lichfield and Burntwood. Eliza Plant was from Dudley, the daughter of John Williams miner and his wife Mary Ann (Aston). The family they were lodging with on the 1871 census do not appear to be related.
