I would think this is Henry, BUT wife on Census is Ann, Wife on BCC is Mary Maria :?:

It's not Henry son of Wm and Jane Price who Married Mary Maria Weston, this is another Henry who Married an Ann.

Has to be a Coley Connection, sisters I would think?

Yes that's them Peter, son Henry born about 1857, aged 4 in 1861.
