Registery office

Hello,

Is there a registery office in Halesowen? I have contacted Dudley and they don't have a certificate for the person I am looking for, as the father was supposedly born in Halesowen I thought his daughter may have been registerd there.

If it's Halesowen Nessa it will be Stourbridge Register Office, unless NL is right and it has all moved to Dudley :?:
