Would anyone be able to find out where my Grandad on my Mom side lived?

Samuel Clive (1917) son of George Clive (1894) Samuel had siblings Arthur, Elizabeth, Irene, Edward.

My mom thinks they come from Glover St West Bromwich well thats where my Grandad Lived. 70 Glover St.

Yeah its says Bert wilkinson and Clara Lydia Smith. I questioned that before about Bert being short for Albert. I will have to order the marriage certificate before i can go any further. Thanks for your help. What would i have to do to find the rest of the family on my mothers side ?
