Imagename: Home Guard - Frederick Drew (between 1940-1944)
My Great Grand father in the Home Guard uniform with a few fellow members, he is Frederick Drew born 1892-3 in Llantrisant, Wales and is front right of the photo (center of picture). Not sure who the others are and dont know which group it would have been but Frederick lived in Barrack Rd Cradley, not far from the Lye. Frederick died about 1944, I believe the home guard was formed in 1940 and disbanded in 1944 so I presume that photo was in this period.If any one has any information I would be interested - Courtesy of Martin
