When looking at possible Farley/Tromans.Parsons link ( see other topic) I noticed that a daughter of Henry Farley and Maria Holloway married a William Guest born 1868 Hasbury.:-

Note:-a) Henry has now married Maria Holloway and given his name to the children
b) Ellen Holloway appears to have married William Guest but on one Census transcription correct relationship is not shown.
I then saw on bcc a William Guest born 1868 Halesowen and checked in archives and noted that Jimmy and others had researched William Guest born Halesowen. some of occupations of relatives in Jimmys research tie up with William Guest Button Polisher above and I feel it may be same William.

I agree with you Mumbles it does look like the same William Guest

I think to double check we need a look up on this marriage

Just had another look at this and they have got to be the same

when that marriage is looked up I am sure it will say father William

do you notice that William and Ellen call their son Andrew!

and Williams brother was an Andrew
