Found this 1911 Census Record:
Transcribed as 'Laura Ann' but image looks like 'Sarah Ann'
1911: 58 Elbow St. Old Hill.
William TROMANS hd. 39 Lab. in Chainworks. b. Stafford. Hill.
Sarah Ann TROMANS wife 39 Marr: 18 yrs. Chainmaker b. Old Hill.
Ellen TROMANS dau. 17 Pen Grinding b. Old Hill.
Albert TROMANS son 3 b.Old Hill.

You know I think its a mistake or something on the cert, I think William Foley and William Trowmans could be the same???
