Child Abductions

We don't have many child abductions in Australia so they usually get a lot of coverage in the press.

When the abductions are literally next door you no longer feel safe.

I have been walking my girls to and from the bus station since the first girl was abducted.

She literally had to walk a couple of hundred meters to school!

Same with the second attempted abduction.

I don't think they will find Siriyakorn after a month missing.

There is so much bushland within a few KMs of Boronia it is impossible to search thoroughly.

I have certainly noticed the extra Police in the area but that didn't stop the attempted abduction.

I don't blame you for walking them to school! It goes to show how important it is that kids know to sound the alarm if someone approaches them in a stange way. I hope they catch him soon.

As you say abductions and particularly child abductions are rare. Lets hope the other girl turns up safe and sound!
