Looking for Jabez in 1901/1911 I can't find him, born about 1865 in Netherton parents Stephen and Hannah Rolinson, also looking for his death. I know he was alive in 1902 as he is mentioned in his fathers will.

You say he was mentioned in his father's will. Was the will written in 1902 or did his father die in 1902?

Stephen wrote the will in 1902 he died the next year, I have quite often found the Rolinsons written on the census as Robinson, confusing, as far as I know Stephen didn't remarry and I am fairly certain that it is them at the Post Office, Stephen was a post office agent in the 1871 census at Halesowen Road Netherton. Reading the will again last night I do know that Jabez had a daughter called Julia but there was no mention of her age or her mothers name.
I have never come across the name Jabez before is it short for another name?

Theres a Jabez Rolison 1862 49 in Dudley for 1911 have you checked that one?
I dont have any credit for it.

Sorry for not answering I have been watching tennis and cricket, in Stephen's will his wife is Sarah Ann, and he mentions his daughter Ruth Griffiths sons Jabez and Joseph and his late daughter Elizabeth Holden who had 5 children.
