Is it possible to buy birth certificates of other people who are still alive? ie not yourself?

You could a few years ago MG, I sent for one when I was working for a P.I. company, not sure if they have tightened procedures or not since then, must be some detail on the GRO Website Linell.

I think you can, don't they say on them that they're not proof og identification?
