Looking for any information on Mary Elizabeth Higgins who married Frederick Arthur Floyd in 1904 in Blackpool
I have a birth which I think is her:

I have the marriage certificate for Mary and Frederick and her father was William Higgins, a coal merchant.
Can anyone help with any further information on either Mary or William (I have all the info for Frederick)

Who were the witnesses on Mary's marriage?

That's great! I had her father as Patrick Higgins a shoemaker from Ireland before receiving the marriage certificate...totally wrong...although it looks like her father was from Ireland after all.

On her marriage her name is Mary Bessie Higgins and the witnesses were Thomas & Eliza Carter. I have found the same family in 1881 as your 1891...no Carters there either though....
