Ahead of the marriage look up can anyone find the parents of this Charles Tromans that is on the 1841 census with wife Ruth Tibbetts

we have them on the Connections for Ruths line but I would like to place Charles

These are children of a David & Elzabeth Trowmans

SARAH TROWMANS Christening: 16 JUN 1822 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester.
ANN TROWMANS Christening: 16 JUN 1822 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester
CHARLES TROWMANS Christening: 16 JUN 1822 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester

I have information from a correspondent (no sources available) which says that Charles' parents are Joseph Tromans and Phoebe Unknown; that Charles was born 8 Mar 1818 at Rowley Regis, and christened 26 Oct 1823 at Park Lane Presbyterian, Cradley; that Charles Tromans married Ruth Tibbetts on 5 Mar 1838 at St. Thomas, Dudley.

I haven't checked any of this info to confirm.
