While looking for my Rolinsons, I got a death certificate in Ayrshire of one John Henry Rollinson, son of John Henry Rollinson bricklayer and Leah Barnsley. These didn't sound like my lot, but equally they didn't sound Scottish!
I found a marriage in W Bromwich of Leah Barnsley and John Rowlinson W Bromwich Dec 1847 W.Bromwich 18 809 .

I think this is the family in 1881 (I have looked at the original)

There is a death to fit Leah Barnsley who is missing in 1881 above tho' it says Head is married.

I think Netherton , Bootle comes under W Derby

(Son Joseph and wife Sarah and their dau Leah Ann turn up in Scotland too, according to another tree.)

I think Leah Barnsley is christened 26 Oct 1828 to Benjamin Barnsley and Sarah, St Thomas Dudley
The father of the bride in the 1847 marriage above is Benjamin acc. to ancestry tho' I can't see the record.

Shall I go ahead and add what I'm sure of to BCC?

I have located John Henry Rollinson junior in 1891 and 1901 censuses in Ayrshire. He also was a bricklayer and lived to be 90!
