Its strange he's not there with his wife in 1901
Thanks for the censuses. I have completed Esther Deaville but didnt have the 1901 for her parents
His name was Edwin not Edward (it's Edwin on all the other censuses apart from 1891)
I don't know if that helps...

I looked for all combinations Dolly - couldn't find him anywhere - perhaps he might have been in hospital or somewhere looking for work. Let it run for a bit though - someone else might find him.
