I think this William Skidmore and wife, Joyce,

The dates very closely match.
Although several sources, including Linda Moffatt`s book "Skidmore Families of the Black Country and Birmingham 1600-1900", 2004, mentioned by Dennis, state that Joyce's surname was 'Hawkes'.
