Letters of Administration of the Personal estate and effects of Isaac Caddick late of Coseley in the County of Stafford
Maltster deceased who died 24 August 1865 at Coseley aforesaid were granted at Lichfield to William Whitehouse Caddick of Coseley aforesaid Maltster the Son and one of the Next of Kin of the said Deceased he having been first sworn.
Possibly William's mother, Phebe's maiden surname was Whitehouse?
