Hi,
I'm afraid I couldn't find any service or pension records so unless they've been mis-transcribed its looking like they were destroyed during the Blitz.
I think this is most likely his Medal Index Card:
Name: John J Evans
Reg: Kings Royal Rifles
Reg No: R/19994
Rank: Sgt
Medal:
Victory Roll M/101B/27 Page 3504
British Roll M/101B/27 Page 3504
We would need to check the Regimental medal rolls for further details eg. date of enlistment, date of discharge and Battalion but these are not available to view online and are held at the National Archives. I can confirm he did serve overseas but not until 1916 onwards due to the fact he wasn't awarded the 1914 or 1915 star medal.
I hope this helps.
Regards
Adrian
