Baelde / Balde, Sandwich

Around 1580-1590 a lot of people fled from Belgium, when the Spanish army occupied the territory. Among them where several members of the BAELDE family (sometimes spelled as BALDE, BALDEN, BAELDEN). They came from the area of Ieper (Belgium) and Bauilleul (France).
Some (most) of them stayed for some time in Sandwich.
From there some or all of them moved to The Netherlands (some to Leiden, some to Amsterdam).
I would like to know if there are any archives left from that period in that area, to know when exactly they came, if mentioned their relations, their names, children born while they stayed in England, when they left, etc.
What I also would like to know, if other members of this family maybe choose te stay in England.
