This looks like Elizabeth Goughs husband Albert Ernest Johnson pre- marriage..same occupation

So George was a Coachman to John Marshall! Can't see him as Coachman to Sir Alfred Hickman.

Only way to find out is to check the marriage at Birmingham there is a person missing with George and the image is hard to read for Margaret
