Your dad will probably know all my husband's lot - the Blundell's, Price's, Fox's and Dearn's. All of them had far too many kids. If you're looking for parish records, Warley Church on George Road has most of them and Christchurch in Quinton has the rest. Smethwick Archives has the George Road records. I still live in the area of Old Warley. The Plough Pub is still there - listed now I believe.

Frank Skinner lived over the road from my wife in Bristnall Hall Road.
Mind you he wasn't called Skinner. That name according to his book was pinched from a fella who played in the darts team up The George!!
