Think, looking at image that age 36 transcribed for James could be a 56. This would be consistent, then, with other census.

An Ancestry family tree has Mary Parkes, born 1808 in Rowley Regis, daughter of Samuel Parkes and Mary Maston marrying Richard Eggington. but I can't see the marriage.
