Same marriage - different church?

During a search for Jinks marriages for my family I can across an anomaly.

My gr grandfather Harvey Jinks married Martha Smith on the 22nd Sept 1907, at the Ebenezer Chapel, Black Lake, West Bromwich(info from marriage certificate). However the entry on West Midlands BMD has the marriage taking place at the United Reform Church, Hardware Street.
Is this the place, or is there a mistake somewhere?
