i know this is a long shot, but here goes....

My girlfriend is always talking about a friend of hers, Dennis, who live in jubilee road in the 50's-60's.
I've set my self the target of finding him [alive or dead]

Is there any online rescource that i can check electoral registers for the 50s and 60s? [preferably free as i am unemployed]

It seems like a small road 26 houses so he should not be too difficult to trace

Anyone got any ideas?

I think the Electoral registers at Smethwick may help you
phone them up the archives and ask if they have them

Smethwick Archives have the electoral registers for Tipton up to about 1975 on Film but almost to date in books. You will need to book an appointment because they have to get the books the day before you go. Tel No is 0121 558 2561

Good Luck
