Marriage of Eliza Powell to Gideon Steventon St Giles RR Feb 15th 1858

Then I have this cert for a William Powell who married a Selina Walker at St Thos, Dudley 8th Aug 1875

William Powell, 22, Bach, Boat Uploader, Dudley, William Powell (dead) Miner
Selina Walker, 25, Spinster, -, Dudley, William Walker, Labourer.
Wit: John Hackett and Kate Holt

for anyone who's been following this discussion - what do you make of that?

she has a Job Powell with her on census
and he is down as nephew

we wonder if William is father of William Powell that marries Selina walker?
and maybe William Powell b 1853 was taken in by Williams sister when he remarried but on that marriage for Wm to Selina
father is decd and our Wm POwell b 1831 is alive after 1875

He may be in prison on 1881 census.
James Powell is in Stafford St Mary on 1881 census.

think that arrested and tried with a William Powell and possibly cos of age a
nd the fact that Joseph Steventon was also tried at the same time,
could be William Powell who lodged with Gideon and Eliza Steventon as 'Nephew'
