I recieved half the number I sent out!
Some I wasn't expecting to recieve cards from - my great aunt for example, as her eyesight's really bad. But I was a bit dissapointed that my cousin who's in his mid 20's and moved into his own house with his fiancé was still on his parents card, with no sign of the fiancé!
My sister in law told me that she only sends cards to the people she's not celebrating Christmas with, so I knew I wouldn't be recieving one from them.

I don't know if it's lazyness or the expense of it (my 20 cards cost about £15 in postage - it's more expensive to send from Denmark to the UK than the other way around!) but the cards themselves are a lot cheaper than birthday cards! Maybe next year I'll hand deliver the ones it's practical to!

I would like not to send any but only because it hurts my hands and fingers when I do a lot of writing, at least I print the envelopes to save writing those.

You could do what my Mum's cousin does, he prints a letter with all the years news on it, with a christmas picture on it - he used to be a vicar, it was sent out to all the parisherners and family.

If you have Microsoft publisher, that simplifies it a bit! But I'm sure you could do it almost as easy in Word.
