Had a most lovely day yesterday, toasted the day and family with the traditional bottle of bubbly, Christmas dinner with a nice Chablis, Christmas pudding (I got the Almond), Roses chocolates, Quality Street and more wine. Played with the kids - Elisabeth had a piano, so spent a couple of hours teaching her to read basic music (her piano teacher will do a better job). Off to my son's house today to do it all again.

Our Christmas crackers had little whistle things in them, each with a number, you were meant to be able to play a tune.
