Good Morning everyone
I am a family historian and medal collector here in Guernsey. I am interested in my own family primarily but I also collect any British medals named to PARKS and I always try and find out as much as I can about the "man (or woman!) behind the medal". I try to limit myself to one generation back and one forward but often get more involved than that!
I am here because I sometimes find myself in a blind alley and hoping for a little help to find my way again.
I have written two books on military history here in Guernsey and can help out with Guernsey in WW1 if needed. My other passionate interest is in Arabia and specifically the history pf British military involvement there.
