HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO NESSA! --Christmas birthdays

It's my birthday, due to the weather can't get the car out of our lane been stuck in the house for 5 days with only my husband, my daughters can't get home , but sent me an arrangement of flowers which we had to walk half a mile to collect cried all the way back home after reading the message. So sat drinking champagne feeling quiet sorry for myself.

...just had a complaint from Peterd, he said "that is a wedding cake, have you been on Jan's wine"?
I've told him to bake you another Nessa, so hold fire .........

Hi all,
Thank you for all the messages they certainly made me feel happier, I have only just been able to get online as our connection has been down the last 18 hours.
I was feeling quite sorry formyself as it was one of the big birthdays, now i am over that I think the champagne helped although I did have a headache thismorning. Just watched the weather forecast and we could have more heavy snow in the west country on Sunday evening
I hope you all have a very happy christmas and a happy newyear.
