I am starting this one off again as I have info on his parents now

no father on birth certif
mother Ann Powell Garratts lane old hill

he is nephew of Eliza Powell on census
so Eliza must have taken in Job Powell born 1849 in
Wm born 1853 maybe bro to Job

so Ann may be sister to Eliza Powell.

on the birth registrations interestingly
there is an Ann Powell regis no ending 437 ...JOb is 436
her father is James Powell mother Mary Ann

I think maybe James Powell links to Eliza and this Ann

and here is eliza Powell with Gideon Steventon and all the census featuring Job Powell

And that William aged 7 ohn 1851 census william powell
has no father on certif and mother is not mary ann or ann

that will be interesting to know who his mother is

but can we find Job Powell on the 1841 I know we had a look before but
now we know mother is Ann Powell can she and he be found

I can't see him anywhere before 1861.
